Minneapolis, MN; June 10, 2019: The Bromelkamp Foundation is a program Bromelkamp Company LLC established with two primary goals: 1) To be responsive to the nonprofit needs of our employees' communities; and 2) Provide a valuable grantmaking learning opportunity to Bromelkamp staff. At Bromelkamp Company, many employees have previous work experience in the field of both private and public funding and grantmaking. This is the underpinning of Bromelakmp's commitment to excellent customer service. The Foundation keeps the company connected to the work of its clients through and annual grant making process. Each year two Bromelkamp employees conduct a grant round using Bromelkamp's online tools: eGrant.net for the application and Reviewer for the committee scoring and recommendation process. Grant funds come from a share of company profits; typically, two to three grants are awarded annually. The Board of Directors is comprised of the entire Bromelkamp Company staff, who review the committee's recommendations and approve the final awards.

Karen Bromelkamp Named Interim CEO
Minneapolis, MN; March 11, 2019: On the afternoon of March 10, 2019, Henry Bromelkamp, President of Bromelkamp Company LLC, sustained an injury in a scooter acccident. He remains in stable condition at Denver Medical Health Center, attended by his spouse and brother. Henry traveled to Denver to present at a grantmaking conference the week of the accident.
In keeping with Henry's wishes, and the Bromelkamp Company injury and succession plan, Karen Bromelkamp will step forward as interim Chief Executive Officer during Henry's recovery. This change is effective March 11, 2019. "We will continue to provide the level of excellence in foundation software knowledge and client services, as we have become known for over the last 40 years in this industry," says Karen Bromelkamp.
