Vendor technical support can often be a frustrating experience because their support team talks in technical terms that you do not use in your day-to-day job.
This can make it difficult for you to effectively describe your issue to the support technician, while she struggles to translate their technical terms to everyday language. This can be frustrating, time-consuming and sometimes the problem doesn't get resolved properly.
